Breakfast, with its varied menu, is served in the dining room with, not only spectacular sea views, but also a countryside aspect, regularly featuring deer and foxes etc. (Richard and Charlotte are happy for guests to join them in their kitchen in the evening to watch the badgers feeding right outside the back door).

The Bed & Breakfast rates range from £45 to £49.50 per person per night, depending on high or low season.

In high season there is a 10% discount on 7-night stay; low season 10% discount on 3-night stay, 12.5% discount on 7-night stay .

Children's rates vary depending on their age and children under 5 years are not accepted unless by arrangement.
